Building 845 is in the possession of Monroe County New York,
and will be put up for auction on Friday March 17, 2017. See the Auction Fact Sheets below.


The following photos were taken of the exterior of Bldg. 845
shortly after our breakfast meeting on March 8, 2017 by Dave Kolchuk.

We never did learn of the auction outcome,
but it appears no one was interested as it remained a "ruin" for the rest of the year.

However, at the end of 2017, some changes were noticed.
The following photos were taken by Tom Krissel in December of that year.

The story does not end here. More changes are to happen in 2018. Check back for further updates.
